The ED recorded his statement under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act as part of its probe into alleged irregularities in formulation and implementation of the now-scrapped excise policy, officials said. The officials further informed that Sisodia’s questioning is expected to continue over the next few days. The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising four eminent persons as trustees.
