BP Singh, creator of CID took over from Kher and now Kapur, 74, will take charge of the same until March 3, 2023. Recipient of Padma Shri, Kapur has to his credit a National Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi (director) for Bandit Queen and and bringing in the positive change in the institute. He adds, “He is a man of integrity.
