During a meeting with the management of the plant, the ADC said considering the hardship of the residents, a notice has already been issued to the management of the plant on December 21 under Section 133 of CrPC by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Major Shivraj Singh Ball. Responding to the notice, it was reported that there was a NAWANSHAHR ADC WARNS OF ACTION ■ ADC (General) Rajiv Verma has said the management of Nawanshahar Power Pvt Ltd has claimed it has ordered necessary parts and called in a team of expert engineers from Delhi and Mumbai on January 3 to resolve the ash problem permanently ■ The ADC has made it clear to the management that if the plant managers are not able to get rid of the ash problem, the district administration will not hesitate to take further action problem in the ESP unit of the plant, which would be resolved by January 5.
