ICC ISSUES ARREST WARRANT FOR PUTIN OVER WAR CRIMES Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said on Friday that at the invitation of President Putin, President Xi would pay a state visit to Russia from March 20 to 22.
