The total outstanding amount for three housing schemes - Bibi Bhani Complex Scheme, Surya Enclave Extension, and Master Gurbanta Singh Enclave - stands at ~23 crore, including principal amount, interest and compensation mandated by the consumer commissions. We want our dues promptly,” Sharma said. Even after over a decade, neither the previous nor the present government had shown any willingness to deliver justice. Sehgal demanded that the JIT promptly clears their dues and compensates all allottees. Meanwhile, the JIT chairman asked the delegation to compile a list of senior citizens with pending dues. He assured them that the amount would be released at the earliest.
