The victim was identified as Jagtar Singh Bobby. His brother Kuldeep Singh said Bobby had gone to his friend Arvind Kumar’s house on Sunday. Later, his family received a call that Bobby had entered into an altercation with Kumar and had sustained injuries, he claimed.
