Ironically, the 1998 verdict in the Narasimha Rao case that protected former Jharkhand CM Shibu Soren from India to grow at 6.8%: Moody’s NEW DELHI: Global rating agency Moody’s has raised India’s growth forecast for 2024 to 6.8% on “strongerthan-expected” economic data, saying that the country will remain the fastest growing among G20 countries.
