Remember that health is wealth,” said the Sholay actor. Dharmendra, now in his 80s, expressed his continued enthusiasm for life and work despite the passing years. “Many people call me old, but I am still young,” he said with a smile. ‘You don’t need fancy gyms’ Bollywood couple Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani marked their presence in the Capital, voicing strong support for the Fit India Movement and highlighting yoga as an essential element of a healthy lifestyle. “Fitness is a way of life for both of us. It’s not a shortcut, nor is it a solution just to stay slim. It’s a way of life, and it’s our passion. Wellness, fitness, yoga, it feels great to be connected with Fit India,” Rakul Preet said. “It is an honour to be part of this journey and to receive the Fit India Couple recognition. Malaika described yoga as ‘instrumental’ in her life and shared how it has helped her both mentally and physically. “I would like to say I would give a lot of credit to my genes, but yoga has been very, very instrumental in shaping a lot of my life. The Tribune, the largest selling daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the paper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
The English edition apart, the 133-year-old Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
