VIROSH SEAL THE DEAL IN DREAMY UDAIPUR WEDDING Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna on Thursday tied the knot in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends at a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Udaipur, surrounded by the scenic Aravalli hills. Though the star couple, who have been dating each other for years but only recently confirmed their relationship, are yet to announce their wedding officially, a member of their team stepped outside of the hotel after the wedding and distributed sweets among the mediapersons stationed there. “We’re happy to celebrate with you and share these pure delicacies,” the team member told reporters. The wedding marked the culmination of a three-day pre-wedding celebration. Deverakonda, 36, and Mandanna, 29, arrived in Udaipur on Monday for their wedding with family members and close guests already gathered at the venue. Their pre-wedding festivities were held over the following two days and the two actors have been sharing glimpses from it on their social media pages. KERALA STORY 2 RELEASE PUSHED The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond has hit a major roadblock just a day ahead of its release as the Kerala High Court on Thursday imposed a 15-day interim stay on the release of the controversial film. The film, which was scheduled to release on February 27, will not be released as planned. The Kerala Story 2 is sequel to the National Award-winning The Kerala Story, that came out in 2023.
The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising four eminent persons as trustees.
The Tribune, the largest selling daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the paper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
The English edition apart, the 133-year-old Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
