G Raman retired on March 31. The DelhiDharamsala one-way airfare is now in the range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 14,000. The airfare between Chandigarh and Dharamsala has gone up to Rs 5,000 for a 40-minute flight. In the winter, the DelhiDharamsala airfare never crossed Rs 7,000 and remained in the range of Rs 4,500 to Rs 7,000.
