Maduro is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, one of the most troubled federal jails in the US. The UN Security Council is set to convene an emergency meeting in New York on Monday following a formal request by Venezuela to discuss the US military action and the capture of Maduro and his wife.
